Begin utilities service

To start sewer and/or trash service at your new home, simply fill out this form and turn it in at City Hall or email the completed and signed form to utilitybilling@springhillks.gov. Please note that a valid photo ID is required with every application to verify identity.

A hook-up fee is due at the time of application for sewer customers. The fee to connect services is $45.00. You may pay the fee at City Hall or online, using the button below.

City offices are open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. However, services are processed at 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Any service request received after 3:30 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

Please note that trash services can start as early as 72 business hours after your application has been received.

Stop utilities service


If you are moving away from your current residence, you can fill out this form to stop sewer and/or trash service at your home. You can turn in the form at City Hall from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Services are processed at 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Any service request received after 4 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
