Planning Commission
Overview
The Planning Commission reports to the Governing Body with recommendations regarding zoning, rezoning, preliminary and final plats, site plans, and conditional-use permits.
The Planning Commission consists of nine members who serve three-year terms. The board must include one member from unincorporated Miami County and one member from unincorporated Johnson County.

Meetings
Regular meetings are 7 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month at the Spring Hill Civic Center, 401 N. Madison St. Special meetings are held at the call of the Chair.
