199th St. from Ridgeview Road to Renner Road

The City of Spring Hill will begin a roadway improvement project on 199th St. from Ridgeview Road to Renner Road, starting mid-December. This project is part of the City’s ongoing efforts to support growth, improve traffic flow, enhance stormwater infrastructure, and beautify our community. 

The project includes constructing a new road, just north of the existing roadway. The contractor, Superior Bowen, will work in multiple phases to minimize traffic conflicts. Crews will typically work from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the possibility of work on Saturdays or work past 5 p.m., as needed. No work will be scheduled on Sundays.
