Development

Online service

The City of Spring Hill offers residents and developers the opportunity to apply for permits online through our E-Permits program.

You can apply for a permit by submitting an application through our online portal.

To help ensure your application process is completed in a timely manner, view the 2025 and 2026 Planning Commission Meeting Schedule for Submitting Development Applications. Approval of rezoning, planned zoning, and conditional-use permits also often requires a neighborhood meeting.
