COVID-19 procedures for reservations
A $200 security deposit is required to reserve the building and is refundable if the building is found to be clean and the terms of the rental contract followed.
A nonrefundable fee is also charged. Fees for the 401 Event Space are as follows:

- Masks and social distancing are recommended, but not required.
- All reservations are subject to cancellation should local COVID-19 guidance change.
A $200 security deposit is required to reserve the building and is refundable if the building is found to be clean and the terms of the rental contract followed.
A nonrefundable fee is also charged. Fees for the 401 Event Space are as follows:
- $40 per hour, two hour minimum during regular hours (6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday)
- $45 per hour, four-hour minimum during prime hours (5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to midnight Saturday and Sunday and holidays)
