 COVID-19 procedures for reservations

  • Masks and social distancing are recommended, but not required.
  • All reservations are subject to cancellation should local COVID-19 guidance change.
The 401 Event Space is the largest space inside the Spring Hill Civic Center with kitchen facilities, 10 round tables, 80 chairs, and space for up to 135 people. A minimum rental of two hours is required.

 A $200 security deposit is required to reserve the building and is refundable if the building is found to be clean and the terms of the rental contract followed.

 A nonrefundable fee is also charged. Fees for the 401 Event Space are as follows:

  • $40 per hour, two hour minimum during regular hours (6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday)
  • $45 per hour, four-hour minimum during prime hours (5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to midnight Saturday and Sunday and holidays)
Additional Fees
  • A/V Equipment: $50
  • Activity Assistance (set-up and tear-down): $40
