Watch for traffic delays on 199th St. between Ridgeview and Renner roads starting Monday, Dec. 15.
Construction crews are building a new road, just north of the existing roadway, and adding new sidewalks, sewer systems, gutters, curbs, and a walking trail.
The road improvement project is part of the City’s ongoing efforts to support growth, improve traffic flow, enhance stormwater infrastructure, and beautify our community.
While every effort will be made to minimize traffic inconveniences, commuters may experience temporary delays and detours. Construction activities will be coordinated with Spring Hill High School staff to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow during school hours.
The project is expected to be completed by December 2026, weather permitting.
