Utility billing system restored

Utility Billing Update

UPDATE:

Customer access to the utility billing system has been restored. Customers are now able to pay online.

-----

The utility billing system remains down. As utility bills are due on the 15th of each month, the City of Spring Hill will not enforce late fees or perform shut offs for the bill payments due on October 15.

Customers may make cash or check payments at City Hall. During regular business hours Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Check payments may be turned in at the drop box located in the parking lot on Jefferson behind City Hall.

The City will update customers when the system is able to accept online payments. Thank you for your patience.
