Aquatic Center reopening for 2022 season

Our Spring Hill Aquatic Center will reopen for the 2022 season and we can’t wait to share it with you!

Opening Day

  • Noon, Sunday, May 29

Admission

  • Daily admission is $5
    1. As always, seniors 62 and older and children 2 and under are free.
    2. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Season passes return in 2022. Season passes purchased before April 30 receive a 10% discount.
    1. Resident Individual Season Pass: $65
    2. Resident Family Season Pass: $115
    3. Non-resident Individual Season Pass: $85
    4. Non-resident Family Season Pass: $150
  • Punch passes available now
    1. 10 visits for $40.
    2. Anyone can use the punch pass.
    3. After it’s filled, another punch pass can be purchased. Punch passes do not expire and can be used in the next pool season. 

Hours

  • Monday - Saturday: Noon to 8 p.m.
  • Sundays and holidays: Noon to 6 p.m.

Swim Lessons

  • The City of Spring Hill has contracted with the YMCA of Greater Kansas City to provide high-quality swim lessons that accommodate a range of skills levels and ages.
  • Each session includes four lessons each week for two weeks (a total of eight lessons)
  • Swim lessons are Monday through Thursday. Fridays are reserved for possible makeup days.
  • Classes for 6 months old to 12 years old!
  • Swim lessons are reserved on a first come, first served basis. You can sign up by emailing swimlessons@springhillks.gov
  • Rates:
    • Early Bird rate (Before April 30): $55
    • Rate after April 30: $65
  • Sessions:
    • Session 1: June 13-24
    • Session 2: July 18-29

River Walking

  • We will offer both regular river walking with jets turned on to offer maximum resistance and also low-impact river walking with no jets, just walking through the water and its natural resistance.
  • Time slots will be:
    1. 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.: Low Impact (no jets) Walking
      • June 6 through July 1
      • July 11 through Aug. 5
    2. 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.: Regular River Walking (with jets)
      • June 6 through July 1
      • July 11 through Aug. 5
    3. 6:45 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.: Regular River Walking (with jets)
      •  June 6 through July 1
      • July 11 through Aug. 4

Rentals and Events

  • Cabana rentals are available in two hour increments. Please book in advance at City Hall prior to your visit to the Spring Hill Aquatic Center.
    1. 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
    2. 2:45 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. 
    3. 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. 
  • Birthday party packages offer a variety of options and are available in two hour increments.

The Spring Hill Aquatic Center is still actively searching for lifeguard candidates to safely operate our pool this year. Lifeguard pay starts at $10.25 per hour with in-house Red Cross certified training. To apply, visit www.springhillks.gov/jobs
