The Spring Hill Utility Billing desk is asking all utility customers — water, sewer and trash — to be sure their contact information is updated.
The City is working to provide new ways to notify customers about the status of their account. In the future, this system could be used to provide emergency alerts such as boil orders or natural disasters.
To update your contact information, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address and new contact information; call (913) 592-3626; or fill out the form in your hard copy of the newsletter and include with your mailed utility payment.
