Facility Reservations

COVID-19 procedures for facility reservations

 
  • Guests should plan and come prepared for your activity or meeting to limit time needed in the facility.
  • If renting the Civic Center, guests should enter at the Civic Center courtyard doors
  • Meetings and/or activities are limited to those participating.
  • All guest must be able to fit in your designated meetings room. Cannot overflow into the hallway.
  • Guests should socialize or wait outside of the facility where social distancing can be achieved.
  • Sanitize your hands upon arriving and before leaving our facilities.
  • Guests will be asked to sign-in.
  • You are required to wear a face covering over your nose and mouth.
  • Please stay home if you are sick.
  • Be patient, flexible and kind.
  • Social distancing is highly encouraged throughout the facilities.

Reserve or rent a City facility


The City of Spring Hill offers rentals at several of our facilities, perfect for meetings, parties, and other special events. City Hall oversees facility reservations.

Call City Hall at (913) 592-3664 or stop by City Hall at 401 N. Madison St. to make a reservation or learn more. Payment may be made with credit card, checks and cash.

Spring Hill Community Center


Update Aug. 12: Rentals are accepted for groups 45 or less. Face masks are required. 
The Spring Hill Community Center is a great location for wedding receptions, family reunions, parties or meetings.

Update Aug. 12: Rentals accepted for groups 15 or less in Meadowlark and Sunflower rooms; 45 or less in gymnasium. Face masks are required. 
 The Spring Hill Civic Center includes multiple meeting spaces, a banquet facility, outdoor grounds and a gymnasium.

Spring Hill Aquatic Center


Closed for Summer 2020
The Aquatic Center is a fun spot for a summer celebration, available for both daytime cabana rentals and after-hours private parties.

City parks


Our City parks are available on a first-come, first serve basis. To use electrical and water utilities at City Park, call Public Works at (913) 592-3317 at least 24 hours in advance.
